1. HOW CAN I GET A SUPPORT?

2. HOW CAN I MAKE A REturned?

1) Make sure the products are in the same condition as you have received them, with the cards attached and with the receipt inside the package.

Refunds will be made after receipt, verification and acceptance of the goods.
For orders paid by credit card the refunded amount will be available in about 10 days.
In the case of payment through Paypal, the amount will be returned to the original account.
In case of payment on the mark you will need to provide us your IBAN to make a wire transfer in your favor.

3. HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE?

If the item you have purchased does not like or the ordered size is incorrect, unfortunately you can not make the change but you can make it simple and free of charge and proceed with a new order!

4. Money Back?

You have 60 days from receiving the parcel to make the return.

Only wholesome and unused items will be accepted.

Be careful not to tear the labels and not to dirty the goods. Following these tips will save you unpleasant disguises in case of controversy for damages. For any doubt do not hesitate to contact us.

If the product you received was damaged, you can proceed with a complaint by sending us an email. We will process your request as soon as possible.

5.REFUND FOR PURCHASES?

After you receive and verify your return, we will refund you.

The process will take about 10 business days from the moment we receive the parcel. You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of the parcel and refund.

Redemption for payment on delivery or bank transfer:

To receive the refund we need the following information:

Bank transfer:
Your account holder’s name and surname may be headed by you or a trusted person. In order for the transaction to be successful, it is important to specify the name of the account holder in the reference account.
IBAN: 27 character code. An IBAN Italian always starts with IT, followed by two control numbers and a letter (CIN code).
BIC / SWIFT: 8-character bank identification code that can be followed by another 3 characters identifying your bank’s affiliate.
With these three data we have all the information needed to complete the transaction. If the data is incorrect, the refund may be delayed due to further checks to be performed. How can I find IBAN and BIC?
On your bank’s personal online page, on documents issued by your bank or by contacting your affiliate. PayPal payment: The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the parcel. You will receive a confirmation email of receiving the parcel and the refund. The amount of returned items will be credited to the Paypal account used for the purchase.

6.HOW TO DO A ORDER?

You do not have to be subscribed to ordering.
After choosing the product, select the size on the same page and add it to your cart.
You can see the summary of the products added to your shopping cart and choose whether to continue shopping or purchase.

7.DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT.

Usually the shipping time is 2-5 days from the date of dispatch of the parcel. In exceptional cases, shipping time may be longer.
The shipment will be executed by the GLS courier, the site will automatically calculate the costs according to your shipping address.
The yield is free. It is delivered throughout Italy.
As soon as the goods leave the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then receive a further mail from the GLS courier to trace the parcel.
